This movie depicts the story about a man who gets rejected in love and is ready to take revenge for the insults he got from a renowned singer.

Balu and Mahalakshmi fall for each other but separate due to ego problems. Years later, when their grandmother falls ill, they are forced to confront each other resulting in chaos for both their families.

A spoilt, rich girl who happens to be in love with a playboy, runs away from home and meets a 'poor' and irritating reporter of a small-time newspaper; after some initial hiccups love blossoms. Then misunderstandings crop up between the couple, What transpires later forms the crux of the story.
